Job Summary:

To assist in all the digital related systems on project implement and daily support.

Job Responsibility:

• Daily support of digital tools enquiries
• Involvement in system testing & implementation services
• System set-up and installation services
• Liaise with users/local IT on the detail requirements of enhancement request after the request has been approved
• Co-ordinate with the vendor on service execution
• Provide support on Digital projects

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Information Systems/Marketing Information Systems/Marketing Engineering
• 3-5 years working experience, with at least 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in digital tools – Consumer Engagement tool, eDM tool, Social Media Management tool, Big Data analytics tool
• Experience in projects related to consumer database, consumer journey management, eCRM
• Experience to work in agility project
• Good team player
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
