REQUIREMENTS:

1. Equity Derivatives product knowledge
2. Operations experience with associated knowledge of trade processing through the full lifecycle.
3. Experience in producing high quality project artefacts as a BA.
4. Experience working across regions (preferable).
5. Experience working with IT to deliver on projects.
   
   

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Requirements gathering across Middle Office functions.
2. Process analysis and documentation, both of current state and future state processes.
3. Creation of core project documentation, to include project updates, Business Requirements Documents, Process Flows, Gap Analysis, UAT packs, and procedure documents.
4. UAT planning, scoping, definition and execution.
5. Working across stakeholder groups up to D and ED level, to include IT, FO, MO and Ops.
