Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of business development professionals to grow both their existing portfolios and to develop new business
• Achieve the team new business revenue budget and personal new business budget
• Expand existing product lines through arranging and participating in training and education programs
• Lead the growth of Abacare’s Employee Benefit and Life Insurance portfolios, including developing strategies to targeting specific industry groups & clients
• Develop new business strategies, on a corporate and individual prospect basis
• Interface with clients on service requirements where relevant
• Support the General Manager for the BD team's development and perform ad hoc project assigned by the management
  
  

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Cantonese and/or other languages is useful but not essential
• Hold necessary IIQE papers
• Degree holder
• Good networking, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure to achieve company targets
• Strong sense of urgency and able to work well under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
