Practical Training: 6~9 months inOperational support, Sales, and Credit Control

Management Training: 3~6 months in Business management and shadow a manager

After successful completion of the training program, you willbe placed in charge of one of the following departments:

1. Back office administration (E.g. Credit approver, Back office management)
2. Credit control / Sales Management (E.g. Manager , Assistant manager)
3. Business management (E.g. Maintain / Monitor the work flow. Credit management)

Requirements:

1. Degree holder or above
2. Less than two years of working experience
3. Self-motivated and have strong drive to achieve excellence
4. Great interpersonal and communication skills
5. Approachable and have strong sense of teamwork
6. Adaptable and flexible towardscontinuous changes
7. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese (Conversational Japanese will be an advantage)
