Job Description:

l Supervise sales progress, make proactive suggestions to improve sales performance, regulator reports on B2B business development, ensuring team executes sales forecast according to budgets and attention to details.

l Marketing research and strategic planning to fulfill the company’s target.

l Formulate business development plans and sales strategies to meet the growth of the sales and building the brand awareness.

l Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets

l Work closely with other teams to provide support to the business development and market effort in both Beijing and Shanghai.

l Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.

l Reports to UMP Healthcare China executive committee.

Requirement:

l Degree or above in Marketing / Business or related disciplines

l Minimum 8 year’s working experience in business development and marketing in China, with actual on-shore experience is preferable

l Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin, proficient in English

l Strong leadership, work independent, communication skills and good team player

l Good interpersonal skills in dealing with corporates and insurance companies

l Knowledge and experience in managing sales force, utlising software (e.g. CRM software) to assist sales monitoring and development

l Experience in healthcare and insurance industry is definitely advantage

l Solid experience in development B2B business models in the past with flexibility to also develop B2C markets

l Frequently travel to frequent to Beijing / Shanghai / Guangzhou / Shenzhen
