Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in Hotline Services, respond to inbound/outbound calls
• Handle and follow up on customer feedback and complaint
• Assist in setting up and monitoring the service standard for Sales and Aftersales Teams
• Assist in reports preparation and administrative works
• Establish and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience 
• Experience in Customer Service Monitoring/Training is preferred
• Experience in Car Industry will be an advantage
• Strong customer service mind-set, independent and pleasant
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Customer Relations Officer.
