Responsibilities:

• To provide technical support to maintain and repair defective medical equipment
• To install, maintain, troubleshoot and support medical equipment
• To support field service activities
• To improve repair service processing time to enhance customer satisfactions

Requirements:

• Diploma or University graduate in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Medical Engineering or related disciplines
• 1-2 years solid experience in technical engineering field, candidate with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Service Engineer
• Experiences in medical device industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Self-Initiative and good project management skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and willing to take up challenges
