Responsibilities:

• Creating new quotations, sales confirmation, and purchase orders
• Creating new Items in the system (incl. Item description)
• Assisting Merchandisers with researching new factories
• Filling out inspection booking forms (QA list), and schedule appointments
• Arrange chemical testing for samples (Filling out application for BV, Intertek)
• Maintain and organize merchandiser’s sample storage location
• Maintain Database and System
• Follow up on orders after probation period

Requirements:

• Willing to help others within the team
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Has to be detailed and careful on email and paper related work task
• Good time management and able to prioritize on own work task
• Able to work under pressure with deadlines
• Very confident personality/ not too shy

• Prefer but not a must having a 1-2 year trading industry experience and like working in this industry
• Important would be, if she or he has a background with studying or living abroad like in the USA, Canada, Europe or Australia etc.
