Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties in store in order to support the store effectiveness
• Liaise with internal parties, including other stores and office for all related events, meetings and operations procedures
• Work with other units, including external party to coordinate and support store activities, projects and communications
• Prepare monthly roster and maintain sales staff attendance and leave record
• Consolidate sales figures and to analyzes resource data for store management team
• Prepare and organize the presentation material for store team
• Maintain and organize all store record and business correspondence

 Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
• 3 years or above relevant experience in sales or admin, preferable in retail industry 
• Proactive and capable of working independently
• Detailed-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Words & PowerPoint)
