Responsibilities:

• Answer general telephone enquiry
• Handle and follow up customer's complaints and problems
• Foster and maintain excellent relationship with a diverse range of external customers and internal departments
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above & must with 5 passes in HKCEE
• With relevant experience is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good PC knowledge
• Talkative, hard working, be responsible and good team player
