Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Management on Human Resources and Accounting of the company;
  • Plan and manage recruitment and selection of employees, conduct new employee orientation, identify and manage training and development needs for employees;
  • Maintain and implement human resources policies and procedures as per group HR policy;
  • Prepare and calculate monthly salary and MPF for the company;
  • Responsible for administrative works of the company;
  • Maintains workflow and enhance administrative procedures for the company.

 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration/Human Resources Management;
  • Have a minimum of 2 years HR and Accounting experience;
  • Good at English;
  • Good knowledge of Labour Ordinance;
  • Work independently and self-motivated and highly integrity;
  • Careful, detail oriented, honest, diligent, devoted to work;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
