Job Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 1 year property leasing experience.
• Experience in office leasing will be advantage
• Proactive, integrity, positive attitude and customer-oriented person
• Presentable, good negotiation and communication skills
• Good command in Mandarin and English
• Proficient in MS office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Holder of Estate Agent's License (Individual) is preferred
