Job Description
This role is primarily responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the foodservice market covering mainly QSRs and local restaurant chains. Basic knowledge of Chinese and Western cuisines, coupled with the ability to provide culinary recommendations to chefs, is an advantage.
1. Skills / experience
- Diploma / degree holder
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience
- Good connections with QSRs and restaurant chains
- Relevant work experience in MNCs an advantage
- Proven presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work alone and in a team
- Good command of spoken and written English
- PC knowledge including MS Office is a must
2. Responsibilities
- To increase sales turnover by strengthening the company’s presence in QSRs and local restaurant chains
- Occasional travel between Hong Kong and major mainland cities is required
- To assist in managing the company’s current trade partners and develop joint business plans to promote its products in target foodservice channels
- To liaise with overseas suppliers on day-to-day business operations
- To support in carrying out administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the company
