Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to join a new generation retailer in Hong Kong.
Key responsibilities:
- To manage the overall operation of the pop-up store to ensure smooth operation of the store including venue preparation and after-event follow up.
- Assist in recruitment, training and develop the team. Optimise store performance to reflect the brand qualities.
- To operate the company's online store and promote the brand through online channels
- To take appropriate action to address customer service matters and performance issues where necessary
Required qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience of retail sales in a luxury brand environment
- Previous experience in managing retail team in a pop-up shop enviornment
- Excellent communication skills, attention to details and excellent customer service manners
- Experience in Toys and Children Education preferred
- Familiar with Social Media promotion such as Facebook and WeChat
