Job Responsibilities

• Develop new customer database and project opportunities
• Maintain and develop the relationship with customers
• Prepare presentations, quotations and required sales materials
• Attend site meeting and prepare reports for follow up actions
• Liaison with architects, developers and contractors for commercial and industrial offices

Job Requirements

• Form 7 or above, Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Business Admin
• 2-5 years in relevant building materials business
• Knowledge of QS and with Project Management Skill is an advantage
• Responsible, aggressive and detail-minded, outgoing with good initiative, interpersonal skills, hardworking and independent   Strong Communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Immediate available or short notice preferable.
