Job Description

• Provide Business-to-Business account servicing and sales support
• Perform product/services introduction & operational training to customer on marketing, advertising & customer loyalty products & services
• Follow Through the enquires, requests & complaints proactively
• Answer daily phone and email from customer
• Communicate with both internal & external parties in solving customers’ issues
• Manage logistics, inventory & ordering
• Handle administrative tasks
• Identify business opportunities
• Able to communicate in English, Japanese & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 year work experience, preferred in customer services
• Preferably degree holder
• Positive, self-motivated, good team player and able to work independently
• Good personality, and excellent communications skill both verbally and in writing
• Familiar with social network marketing, especially WeChat, Facebook, etc.
