Key responsibilities:

• Adopt a risk-based approach in analyzing and assessing the risks associated with business and operations
•  Execution of the audit plans to assess effectiveness and adequacy of internal controls of systems, risk management, governance processes as well as the financial, operational and compliance controls
• Provide practical and value-adding solutions and draft audit reports
• To conduct any ad hoc assignments delegated by the management from time to time
• To assist the Head of Internal Audit dealing with audit committee work

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably major in accounting and possess relevant qualification (e.g. CPA / CIA or equivalent)
• 3 to 5 years audit experience in similar capacity, preferably with exposure in Big 4 accounting firm
• High competence in internal control, corporate governance and risk management
• Good communication skills, time and cost management
• Strong analytical mind, responsible, initiative and can work independently
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Occasional travelling is required
