JOB SUMMARY: 

Reporting into Head of Finance & supported by Service Hub, the candidate will be overseeing all aspects of accounting & operations in the organization

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Act as a business partner to all stakeholders
• Manage all accounting & operations matters including:

                  - Internal control & credit risk monitoring

                  - Corporate & financial compliance

                  - AR, AP & inventory management

                  - Warehouse management

                  - System maintenance

• Liaise with & monitor the service level of Service Hub to ensure that effective & efficient processes are in place
• Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Degree holder preferably with professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, Big 4 & project management exposure would be a plus
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Mature, self-initiative, independent with strong analytical skills & business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal skills and capable in communication with different levels
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• (Less experience would be considered as Assistant Manager, Accounting & Operations)
