Our client, an expanding international workplace interiors design company are currently searching for a high caliber Design Directors to join their growing businesses in Hong Kong, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

Requirements :

• Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design, or Architecture
• Min 8-10 yrs experience in high end workplace corporate interiors design
• Strong conceptual design skills
• Good client and design staff management skills
• Preparation of design bids and fee proposals
• Ability to make professional presentations
• Full range of documentation and production skills
• Ability to build and manage a design studio
• Develop business and engage with corporate end users, real estate brokers and project management consultancies.
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate and familiar with design software packages
