Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Issue sales Invoice;
  2. Handle shipping documents;
  3. Declaration;
  4. Sales report and inventory;
  5. Account receivable;
  6. Other office jobs;

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Min. 2 years working experience
  • Form 5, preferably LCC Inter or above/equivalent
  • Proficiency in ERP system, Excel, MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team member
  • Immediate available is required
