Responsibilities:

• Receive shipments and ensure both quality and quantity
• Trace, track and expedite sales processes
• Create and maintain contact with customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Interact with third party logistics service providers
• Audit freight cost and documentation
• Ensure accuracy of all documents
• Maintain communication with customers staff to ensure proper working order
• Review bills, invoices and sales orders
• Ensure all payments are processed in time
• Assist customers with inquiries
• Create packing lists and update shipment information in database
• Organize files both manually and electronically
• Monitor and facilitate orders
• Coordinate deliveries
• Ensure that all documents are properly file
• Any other ad-hoc activity assigned

Profile

• Able to handle multi-tasks independently and work under tight deadlines and pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and willing to work in a multicultural environment
• Responsible, autonomous, mature, well-organized and detailed-minded

Qualification

• Degree holder in office administration management / logistics or related discipline are preferred. Non Degree holders might be considered depending on experience
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar position
• Excellent command in English and Frencha are mandatory, both oral and written. Knowledge of an Asian language will be an advantage
• Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office, Excel, Power point
