Our client is a medical instrument group. They are now looking for high caliber candidates to join their family.

Responsibilities:

• Handle order processing and import/export shipment arrangements
• Coordinate with Suppliers, Clients/Overseas Offices and Warehouse to ensure on-time delivery
• Prepare Purchase Orders, check stock availability, check freight rate, issue invoices, prepare packing lists and communicate with clients regarding the delivery status
• Ensure accuracy of all documents including purchase orders, shipping documents, invoices and packing lists
• Consolidate all confirmed orders in project list and create reports
• Keep track and maintain inventory database
• Coordinate with supplier to ship the goods on time

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Shippling or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years solid experience
• Experience in handling shipment with overseas clients/suppliers
• Excellent presentation and communications skills
• Responsible, independent, hardworking, detail-minded, self-motivated, good people skills and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken & written Chinese and English, Mandarin is MUST.
• Proficiency in PC skills and MS office applications (Word, Excel, Word Processing)
• Immediate availability is preferred
