Job Duties:

• Interpret, implement and evaluate adequacy of QMS and EMS standards
• Responsible for document management systems
• Take charge of internal audits and other quality assurance activities
• Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate appropriate corrective and preventive actions
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
• Collect and compile statistical quality data
• Monitor risk management activities

Requirements:

• 3-5 years QC/QA supervisory working experience or above 
• Degree or Diploma in Quality Engineering is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in QMS, EMS, Health and Safety risk management, FMEA, internal training, internal and external auditing.
• Technical background on ESD Control is an advantage.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, management skills and MS Office skills.
• Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese is a must.
