Our Hong Kong studio is now looking for a highly motivated BIM Manager to lead the development of BIM, work alongside project teams and manage BIM deliverables. Successful applicant will be exposed a large international projects working with wider BIM teams. The role requires an advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit and the ability to run clash detection workshops using Autodesk Navisworks. A detailed understanding of construction processes, systems and architectural documentation is required. Farrells is expanding their BIM expertise and the role would include mentoring other staff members and developing BIM protocols / standards.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relating to Building Construction Engineering
• Professional member of the HKIBIM is preferable
• 5 years’ experience using BIM in building design or construction projects
• Excellent knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, 3D Max, Point cloud, Fuzor, BIM360
• Good communication to liaise with Consultants, Main Contractor and Sub-contractors
