Travel Consultant II provides attentive, quality and professional service to customers and ensure optimum level of service standards are achieved.

Job Duties

• Provide full travel consultancy services to customers.
• Selling travel product such as ferry tickets, helicopter tickets, hotel rooms, limousine transfer in Macau etc.
• Arrange sightseeing tour such as Macau Discovery Tour, private city tour in HK / Macau.
• Selling entertainment show ticket, entrance ticket, F&B coupon etc.
• Cashiering and maintain cash and non-cash flow balance.
• Record daily sales transactions to database (Tabis). 

Requirements

• High school graduates. Bachelor in Tourism is preferred
• IATA Certification preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Possess excellent organizational and communication skills
• Focused on guest needs with good guest relations skills
• Possess the manual dexterity to operate office equipment including telephone, computer, photocopy machine, fax machine
• Able to empathize with an angry customer
• Willing to work any day of the week and any shift
• Able to work under pressure and get along well with team members and work as a  team
