Job Description:

• Server and PC software installation & testing
• Handle end user requests and provide helpdesk support
• Work with sales team to provide a solution for the target Client's requirements

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in IT / Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 1-year relevant working experience (Fresh Grad with related exp is also welcome)
• Good Problem-solving skill
• Experience in PC hardware and software troubleshooting
• Having solid computer science background, being familiar with Windows Operating Systems, Linux, SQL, network management is a plus;
• Good communication and presentation skills.
