Job Description
With over 1,000 employees at 14 locations worldwide a German construction company seeks motivated personal for their HK office:
Responsibilities:
- To handle document submission and correspondences among clients / designers / sub-contractors
- Project Site coordination,control of progress and quality of work done
- Monitor work done & ensure schedule & delivery
- Identify & report problems encountered on site
- Attend all project Site coordination meeting
- Submit daily program, reports
- Other assignment as indicated by Project Director & Project Manager
- Liaise & co-ordinate with different teams / clients for project follow up
- Attend and well record internal / external project meetings.
- Responsible for administrative support for our project team.
- Assist Project Manager to complete the tasks within budget and in time
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any relevant disciplines
- Experience as supporting staff, such as project secretary / project assistant / project coordinator in fitting out / interior design / architecture or related field will be an advantage
- Experience in site coordination will be an advantage
- Excellent in managing documentation and correspondence
- Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Strong communication skills
- Competent use of computing software (MS Office)
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, under high pressure environment
- Safety card (Green Card) holder
- Good knowledge and understanding in construction and project management
- 3 years working experience in contractors / subcontractor
- Previous Site Co-ordinating Experience
- Strong technical background and site experience
