My client, a world-known French luxury brand, is looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join their friendly team.  

This role will be reporting to the CRM Manager, APAC. You should be very hands on with CRM and marketing activities execution. Since the Manager is constantly on business trip, we are looking for someone who can work independently. You will also manage the brands present online as well as various social media channels. Key responsibilities: 

• Customer database management and development
• Collaborate closely with retail operations to monitor customer database and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs
• Ensure data accuracy from retail
• Liaise with a range of stakeholders
• Develop and executive effective CRM strategies

Candidate requirements:

• 4-5 years’ experience in CRM, loyalty marketing and database & campaign management duties is a must, preferably from cosmetic background or luxury industry
