Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To provide quality counter services at all time.
  • To process patient registration, admission & discharge and follow up with relevant documents.  
  • To coordinate direct billing arrangement with insurance companies and customers.
  • To perform clerical duties.
  • To handle billing enquiries and other patient services related duties.

 

Requirements:

  • F. 7 graduate or above.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skill.
  • Proactive, responsible, independent and able to work under pressure.
  • 24H Shift duties may be required.**
  • Prior experience in Airline, Hotel or Insurance Company preferred.
