My client, a street fashion brand, is looking for a Sales Coordinator / Executive to join their fast-paced team in Hong Kong.  

This role will be assisting the Area manager and reporting to the Retail Manager. You will be providing support for 6 retail shops in Hong Kong ranging from inventory management and liaison between shops and HQ. Key responsibilities: 

• Prepare various tracking reports to Area Manager on a regular basis to monitor sales achievements and business performance
• Assist Area Manager in consolidating and analyzing reports, including P&L, price structure plan etc.
• Register and follow up of orders: order monitoring, processing, and transmissions to the head quarter.
• Coordinate with distributors according to brand guidelines and marketing plan (new launches, promotion etc)

Candidate requirements:

• At least 3-year experience in similar role, preferably from FMCG or luxury industry
• Full proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel
• Good team player and multi-tasker
