Job Description:

• Handle accounting duties including Accounts Payable/Receivable/ general ledger function
• Handle collection or payment functions
• Prepare schedules or reconciliation reports for manager review
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• At least 3 year working experience
• LCC Higher or above
• Knowledge on accounts payable and familiar with shipping document is preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word is a must, knowledge of JDE would be an advantage    
• Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure & overtime
• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferred
