Customer Services Coordinator – Air Freight

Job Duties

• Day-to-Day frontline interactions with customers, overseas offices or agents
• Handle general shipment enquiries and follow up with customer in a timely manner
• Routine shipment processing-export booking and related data entry and screening relevant shipping documents
• Communicate with customer for import cargo arrangement, customs clearance and import license & declaration formality
• Arrange pick up order and prepare trucking arrangement for cross-border with agent
• Monitor the shipment status, prepare reports for customers and system updates
• Build-up a good relationship with customer on both internal and external
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• At least 1 year’s related working experience
• Proficiency in PC applications including Ms word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fair command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Able to work overtime and work under pressure
• Reliable, Intelligent and high efficient
