Responsibilities

• Lead a team of risk analytics professionals to develop and maintain risk modeling, stress testing, scorecard development and validation, IRB-related Projects, MIS & intelligence, andBaseland other regulatory requirements
• Assess credit risk models and other risk-analytics and provide technical support to CRO in portfolio management, comprehensive credit analysis, credit policies formulation, and risk acceptance criteria setting
• Provide comprehensive credit analysis and presentations to provide insight to current, historical and future status of consumer finance portfolios
• Prioritize risk management demands to support initiatives with highest returns
• Work closely with the Business to support product distribution and new initiatives and play a key role in defining and executing business growth strategies
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• University degree holder or above in Business Administration, Risk Management, Statistics or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ banking experience in Modeling, Risk Analytics and Credit & Risk Management
• With supervisory experience is highly preferable
• Proficient in Modeling and Risk Analytics / SAS / Excel VBA is an added advantage
• FRM or any risk management related qualification is preferable
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
