Responsibilities:

• Supervising, manage and physical working with the full aspect warehouse operations which involved Inbound/outbound shipments
• Liaise with other departments and outside agencies for inbound and outbound shipments
• Liaise with other departments and outside agencies for IT issues
• Maintain a high inventory accuracy
• Provide regular reports to management regarding inventory accuracy and other adhoc matters
• Assign different work duties and provide relevant training to maintain team performance
• Ensure warehouse is kept clean and tidy
• Optimise usage of space within all areas of warehouse
• Review warehouse operations for continuous improvement
• Manage consumption and replenishment of consumables including Cartons, label ribbons, packaging materials etc.
• Liaise with management regarding facilities maintenance and assist with outside agencies where required
• Forecast future warehouse workload to ensure optimal staffing levels
• Unloading of deliveries as required
• Any other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• 3 years or above Warehouse/Distribution Centre management experience.
• Diploma holder of Logistics Management or related disciplines
• Good command of written English and Chinese
