Responsibilities :

-          Assist the team in following up sample ordering and related duties

-          Follow up sample orders and related delivery arrangement

-          Co-operate with accounting team for reimbursement

-          Any other task as assigned by the supervisor

-          負責處理樣版訂單，如落單、安排產品運送

-          與會計部聯絡，處理款項事宜

-          協助主管處理日常工作

Requirements :

-          DSE or above

-          Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese

-          Computer literate (E-mail, Internet, Excel, Chinese & English word

           processing)

-          Strong interpersonal and communication skills

-          Interested in e-commence / on-line retailing

-          Well-organized, proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded & responsible

-          能讀寫英語、粵語

-          精於電腦應用，如E-mail 、Internet、MS Excel、中英文文書理

-          良好人際關係和溝通技巧

-          對電子商務網上銷售有興趣

-          有條理、主動、謹慎及有責任感
