Responsibilities

• Factory technical audit and ensure all active factories are grade as amber or above
• Follow up CAP after factory audit and ensure all critical issues are fixed to meet the deadline
• Continue to drive for factory improvements and monitor factory quality assurance improvement
• Provide guidelines and training to internal and external customers to understand QA/QC requirements
• Supplier performance monitoring & control by KPI  
• Provide and standardize completed product quality standard to internal and external customers at buying brief stage
• Participate to provide product technical support (RSL & physical performance) in term of product quality requirements and factory quality history
• Technical support suppliers to fine tune the work flow of QA/QC
• Define the QA approval process and checklist of different categories
• Follow up QA to investigate customer claim or complaint
• Coordinate 3^rd party testing, provide analysis result to internal or external customers
• Attend external workshop or seminar regarding Social or Product compliance topics

Requirements  

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry/Textile or equivalent discipline.
• At least 3 years Middle level supervisor or team leader related QA working experience in apparel or hardline items, less experience will also consider to QA officer
• Familiar with European quality standard requirements i.e. RSL, REACH, ISO, OEKO-TEX  
• Experience in accredited laboratory testing is an advantage
• Good communication skills both in English and Mandarin
• Strong integrity and professional ethics
• Knowledge in BSCI, SA8000, SEDEX (SMETA), or WRAP, factory audit experience is an advantage
• Self-discipline, good team player, self-motivated
• Occasional travel in China region is required
• Immediate available is highly preferable
