Responsibilities:

• Responsible for execution of tender documents
• Sourcing new suppliers to meet the tender / enquiry requirements
• Preparation of cost analysis, reviewing terms and conditions with suppliers and customers
• Responsible from enquiry to final execution including development, sampling, product evaluation and tender management
• Establishing and maintaining supplier relationships in the best interest of the Company

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ purchasing and sourcing experience in local or international market, in which at least 2 years at supervisory level
• Experience in tender management processes and tender preparation for multi-property organization will be an advantage
• Well organized, independent and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and problem-solving analytical skills, good sense of judgment
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Group Procurement Officer
