Responsibilities:

• Provide all-round executive support to our Operation Director;
• Assist in projects planning and execution;
• Handle business correspondence, minutes, reports and confidential documents as required;
• Organize, coordinate and participate in events and meetings;
• Other ad-hoc duties and projects;

Requirement:

• Bachelor holder in Business Administration or above;
• Fresh graduates are welcome;
• Mature, flexible, fast-paced, and able to work independently;
• Good interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels;
• Dynamic, innovative, confident, hardworking and willing to learn;
• Organized, analytical minded and attention to detail;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred;
