 INTERN – HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT

(Working hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM)

We are seeking an Intern to assist our HR Department in the day to day operation as well as in HR related projects. The successful candidate will be an excellent team player as well as having the ability to work independently using his/her own initiative. This is a paid internship.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in visa applications and teacher registration
• Tracking and following up with correspondence, writing letters
• Handling phone calls and arrange and coordinate meetings
• Day-to-day departmental support as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material matters
• Some previous work experience in an office environment desired
• Excellent English language skills, Cantonese and/or German would be an advantage
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
