Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of books, including A/R, A/P, inventory and other daily accounting functions independently.  
• Perform daily accounting and routine book-keeping
• Handle payment, receipt and invoice issue
• Handle staff claims according to company policy
• Prepare monthly reconciliation
• Prepare aging report weekly
• Assist in month end closing 
• Ac-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• High Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 2 years’ full set experience 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English 
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
• Self-initiative, possess good analytical, organizational skill and ability to work independentl
• Hands on experience in “ACCPAC
• Immediate availability is preferred
