Key Roles:

• Assist Financial Controller in all financial aspect and analysis materials.
• In charge of the finance department in Zhongshan and support daily operational process in alignment with company policy and requirement.
• Support senior management on business decisions by providing accurate financial report, management information and analytical insight.
• Develop the local and overseas finance team so as to provide valued services in an efficient and cost effectively manner.
• Handle tax related matters including VAT, customs tax, business tax, profit tax etc  in accordance with HK, PRC and other overseas tax laws and regulations.
• Manage a smooth month end financial closing, quarterly review, year-end closing review and the annual budgetary process. Cash flow planning and inventory management.
• Ensure stringent internal controls according to Group standard.
• Responsible for the review of financial of business units and provide sound financial advice and value added analysis to various operating departments.
• Support overseas factories in financial aspect.
• Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate, major in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Qualified member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of finance / accounting experience with at least 5 years in similar  position
• Manufacturing experience preferable
• Computer literate, well versed in MS Excel, Powerpoint & Word, hands-on experience in SAP will be an asset
• Excellent analytical & presentation skill with good business acumen
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Putonghua/Cantonese
• Good planning, cost management and problem solving skills
• Station in Zhongshan
