職責:
- 管理8 – 10位凍廚房員工;
- 負責中央廚房監督及製作意粉及沙律/ 洗切生果;
- 於食品製作過程中確保食品品質及衛生符合公司制訂的標準
Responsibility
- Supervise a team of 8 – 10 members at cold kitchen;
- Responsible for cooking pasta & salad / clean & cut fruits, vegetables ;
- Ensure all the food production progress are complied with food quality and hygiene standard of the company
資歷:
- 具備最少三年食品工場 / 酒店 /餐廳相關經驗
- At least 3 years related experiences at food factory / hotel / restaurant
