Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Mainland general operations including ZhengCheng and GuangZhou with focus on production, sales, finance and marketing to enhance the operation efficiency and ensure optimal capacity utilization of the manufacturing units.
• Insure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and organization objectives.
• Formulate and execute manufacturing and operational strategic plans for development, allocating resources, reviewing progress, results measurement and explore new potential business of a variety of building material products.
• Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
• Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit, resources deployment and operations to upgrade the overall capabilities.
• Build strong relationships with main-contractors, developers & architects in construction market. 
• Insure overall delivery and quality of our products to customers.
• Responsible for all aspects of account management from sales forecasting to new business development.
• Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.
• Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure and talent.
• Report key results to corporate management.
• Engage with corporate management in broader organizational strategy planning.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or membership of relevant professional institutions.
• Good connection with developers and architects in PRC is essential.
• At least 15 years’ experience in sizable firm across the Greater China, preferably in GuangDong, of which 10 years should be at managerial or supervisory level.
• Self-driven with excellent interpersonal skills, good coaching, passionate for quality service and familiar with building material products in the Mainland of China.
• Strengthen in problem analysis and solving.
• Excellence and fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Stationed in GuangDong Province.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant General Manager.
