Restaurant General Manager

An immediate opportunity exists in a Scottish themed restaurant & bar for a proven F&B manager with the ability to maintain our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Requirements :

• Candidate must have minimum 5 years direct experience working in similarly themed British themed restaurant, with experience obtained locally or overseas
• Exceptional working knowledge of Scottish food and beverage is a must.
• An ability to project the British pub brand experience to guests.
• Passion for Food, Wine & Whisky essential
• High service standards, strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a demanding and fast paced environment with efficiency and grace
• Proven ability to lead a medium sized team and positively influence employee behavior
• have excellent verbal communication skills and have the ability to work a flexible schedule
• Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Office applications & EPOS
• Must possess strong understandings of P&L and business management

Fluent Spoken & Written English is essential for this role

Duties & Compensation:

• Responsibility for the Day to Day operations of the Restaurant & Bar
• Developing the Scottish/British theme & experience
• Payroll,P&L reports, staff scheduling, event organising
• Product procurement, Stock control & inventory

Circa HK$26000-30000 Per month, 12AL/12SH, regular rest day, share of tips
