Our client is an internationally renowned hospitality group. Currently seeking a Feasibility Analyst to join their Development team.

The successful candidate must be a self-starter, an independent thinker and a team player. The role will support the group’s investment analysis and strategic planning for hospitality-related projects around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting feasibility study and evaluating hotel projects for management contracts and investment opportunities globally.
• Prepare financial modeling.
• Collect and analyze market research.
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials to senior management.
• Work closely with Operations, Legal, Tax and Finance teams and liaise with external consultants for market studies.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy from a recognized university
• CFA or CPA qualification is preferred
• At least 3 years of business experience in an analytical role with strong modelling skills.
• Strong attention to details, high degree of accuracy, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Effective communicator with excellent spoken and written English and proficiency in Mandarin.
