Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and identify music piracy trends
2. Cultivate and process information relating to infringing activities
3. Provide support to IFPI anti-piracy teams and law enforcement agencies
4. Manage tasks and projects in relation to protection and promotion of members’ interest
5. Development, maintenance and enhancement of various web-based & mobile applications
6. Provide internal IT support to Regional Office as well as remote IT assistance to offices in the region
7. Prepare and present statistics and reports on a regular basis
8. Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, with 4 yearsworking experience in IT-intensive position
2. Working knowledge in network infrastructure (LAN), Servers and IT Support(Windows, Outlook)
3. Basic knowledge in SQL, Regular Expressions, and web designing script languages (HTML, JavaScript)
4. Experience or knowledge in mobile environment is a plus (knowledge of workings of iOS, Android operating systems)
5. Analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated and a team player
6. Good communication skills in spoken and written Mandarin and English
7. Strong presentation, interpersonal liaison skills are required
