Job Descriptions:

• Responsible to establish the cinema operation team and set up a new head office in PRC
• Develops the business opportunities by acquiring and launching new cinema projects in PRC
• Accountable for budget formulation, profit & loss, and resources management of the overall PRC cinema business
• Ensures the cinema businesses in China operate in accordance with the approved guidelines and policies of Hong Kong headquarter
• Maintains effective relationships with concerned Government departments and ensure the PRC cinema businesses are in compliance with related regulatory requirements
• Communicates and co-ordinates with the landlord on matters relate to cinema lease and site operation
• Drives the team to achieve the company’s goals and missions, and ensure the team perform at maximum efficiency and effectiveness
• Provides coaching and support to team members, and ensures the job tasks are follow the operation policies and procedures of the company
• Handles ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Full-time Degree holder or above in business administration or related discipline;
• 10 years’ experience in cinema related industries, with distribution/ marketing/  management is preferred;
• Proficient in MS Office and data base management, good knowledge in cinema related software/APP is preferred;
• Proficient in written and spoken Putonghua and English;
• A responsible person and able to work under pressure;
• Good communication and organization skills;
• Business travel is required
