Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Secretarial Services to Industrial Committee;
• Organize outgoing trade missions;
• Organize industrial / trade related activities including seminars / forums.
• Plan and execute project work; and
• Responsible to promote industrial / trade related activities.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 4 years relevant working experience;
• Proficient in Cantonese, Putonghua & English;
• Good Chinese and English writing;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill;
• Good PC knowledge in MS office, PowerPoint and Chinese Inputting method;
• Occasional travel to Mainland or overseas is required; and
• Immediate availability preferred.
