Responsibilities:

• Assist manager to manage existing and new customers/ distributors
• Responsible for ensuring sales target and objectives are aligned with the company’s direction
• Monitors and reviews current/potential market developments, implement effective sales and marketing strategies in order to achieve planned goals
• Develop and implement systems to ensure that product and customer service quality standards are consistently achieved
• Participate in product marketing and development
• Managing successful events from initial startup, development, execution, process and end result
• Responsible for overall organization and operation of trade shows and other events locally and/or aboard to promote business and increase sales
• Works collaboratively with colleagues in areas of finance, pricing, promotions, market planning, consumer research and vendors
• Feedback market developments (trends, requirements, competition) to Group Management for product development.
• Occasional traveling is required
• Able to handle ad hoc assignments timely and professionally
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Marketing or Science related disciplines
• Min. 5 years’ relevant experience (preferably with new business development experience) in Health Products or Pharmaceutical industry for global market.
• Strong organizational skills, pro-active, result-driven, independent, proven team leading with strong business sense
• Good interpersonal and communications skills, a good team leader
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suites
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as International Sales & Marketing Associate
