Responsibilities:

l   Take lead to plan and execute conventions, conferences, incentive trips and marketing events in or outside HK

l   Develop marketing campaigns and promotions

l   Work closely with sales and marketing teams in different countries to achieve the assigned goals

l   Responsible for development of marketing materials like websites, catalogues, brochures and sales materials

l   Liaise with product team on implementation of product campaigns and promotions

l   Report to Sales and Marketing Manager and supervise a small team

l   Responsible for any assigned ad hoc duties

Job Requirements:

l   University graduate, preferably degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or communications

l   At least 5 years’ relevant work experience, with a strong focus on event management; experienced in direct-selling industry will be a definite advantage

l   Able to work independently, creative, self-motivated & result-oriented

l   Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communications skills

l   Positive working attitude with passion

l   Good presentation skills with good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin

l   Computer knowledge such as Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing required

l   Candidates with more experience might be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
